Terms of Use
Effective Date: October 7, 2026
Last Updated: October 7, 2026
Welcome to Bashpass (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or using our website (bashpass.fun), purchasing tickets (such as for university events like Egyptian Gold), or using any of our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our platform.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By using our website and purchasing tickets, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old (or have valid guardian consent) and possess the legal authority to enter into these terms. These terms govern all ticket sales, event attendance, and interactions on our platform.
2. Ticketing and Purchases
- Ticket Validity: Each ticket purchased through Bashpass is unique, non-transferable unless explicitly permitted, and grants admission to the specified event for a single attendee.
- Pricing & Availability: All ticket prices are listed in Kenyan Shillings (KES) unless otherwise stated. Prices and availability are subject to change without notice prior to checkout.
- Payment Processing: Payments are completed securely via supported gateways (such as M-Pesa). You agree to provide accurate billing and contact information during checkout.
3. Event Entry and Verification
- Digital Tickets: Tickets will be delivered via email and/or WhatsApp. You must present your valid digital ticket (QR code or confirmation code) at the event entrance for scanning.
- Right of Admission: Event organizers and venue management reserve the right to refuse entry or eject any attendee violating venue rules, engaging in unlawful behavior, or posing a safety risk, without entitlement to a refund.
4. Refund and Cancellation Policy
- All Sales Are Final: Tickets purchased on Bashpass are generally non-refundable unless an event is officially canceled or rescheduled by the organizers.
- Event Changes: In the event of a postponement or rescheduling, your ticket will automatically remain valid for the new date, unless specified otherwise. If an event is permanently canceled, refund procedures will be communicated via our official channels.
5. User Conduct and Prohibited Activities
When using our website, you agree not to:
- Attempt to bypass security, hack, or disrupt the website infrastructure or ticketing database.
- Use automated bots, scrapers, or fraudulent means to reserve or purchase tickets.
- Resell tickets at inflated prices through unauthorized secondary markets.
- Provide false contact details or impersonate another individual during checkout.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this website—including logos, graphics, text, code, and design layouts—is the property of Bashpass and is protected under intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any site content without prior written consent.
7. Limitation of Liability
Bashpass acts as a ticketing platform connecting event-goers with university events. To the maximum extent permitted by Kenyan law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, personal injury, or loss of property occurring at or in transit to/from an event.
8. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms of Use at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
